Who we are

Reden Intelligence is an applied-AI studio with operations in London and Cairo. For any privacy question, reach us at info@redenintelligence.com. When you interact with our agents on a client's store, that client is the data controller and we act as the data processor.

What we collect

From visitors to this site: your name, email, and the short note you add when you book a call — used only to schedule and prepare for it.

From customers interacting with our agents on a client's store: message content, a platform identifier, your display name, and order data, used to answer your questions and complete your purchase.

Site analytics

We measure how this site is used with our own analytics. There is no Google Analytics or other third-party tracking, and no cookies.

When you visit, your browser keeps two random IDs in its own storage: a visitor ID, which lasts 90 days so we can tell a returning visit from a first one, and a visit ID, which is deleted when you close the tab. Neither is linked to your name or contact details.

With them we record your visit as a journey: the pages you view and in what order, how long each was on screen and how far you scrolled, which sections you saw, and what you click, such as WhatsApp, booking a call or the contact form. Each record also notes the site that sent you and any campaign tags in the link, your approximate city and country (worked out by Cloudflare, our host, from your connection), your device type, the names of your browser and operating system, your screen-width range and your browser’s language.

We never store your IP address or your browser’s full identification string. Visits from bots and automated browsers are not recorded. Analytics records are deleted after 13 months. To reset the visitor ID, clear this site’s data in your browser.

Site chat

The chat assistant on this site answers from the site’s own pages. To answer, your messages are sent to OpenRouter and Anthropic, who process them to write the reply. We keep the questions you ask for 90 days to improve the answers. Each stored question carries the random visit and visitor IDs described under Site analytics, so we can see what that visit did next; no IP address is attached, and email addresses and phone numbers are removed before a question is stored. Your IP address is used only to limit how many messages can be sent, and is kept for up to 24 hours for that. Please don’t share personal or sensitive details in the chat.

What we never collect

Payment card details, government identifiers, biometric data, or health data.

Why we collect it

To deliver the service the client hired us for — answering messages, completing checkout, recognising returning customers, and improving quality. We never sell, share, or rent your data for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the service — for AI processing, hosting, messaging delivery, e-commerce integration, and scheduling. Each is bound by contract to use your data only to provide its service.

How long we keep it

Conversation history is kept while the client has an active agreement with us, then thirty days, after which it is permanently deleted. Aggregate, anonymised statistics may be kept to improve the service. On this site, analytics records are deleted after 13 months and chat questions after 90 days.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your data. Email info@redenintelligence.com with enough detail to identify your conversation and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may hold additional rights under the GDPR or Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted transport and strict access controls. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a breach affecting personal data, we notify affected users and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Children

Our services are for adult e-commerce customers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen, and will delete it promptly if we learn we have.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced here with a new date.
